~This is a most beautiful prayer, that comes in three parts.
I wish I would have had it when my brother and then my mother was dying from cancer, this prayer would have helped them feel much closer to Jesus, and helped me in knowing that HE was truly there with them in their last hours.
As I was writing them down to insert here I prayed it for them and for all those dying and for my own "last hour".
Please, highlight, copy and paste this prayer if you have someone who is in their last hour, and read it out loud near that person, and pray with your whole heart all these words for that person, or, you can keep it, you will never know when it will be needed.~
